Requirements and procedure
for the EBM activation
The company should use the following link to request for EBM client software: https://myrra.rra.gov.rw : click sign up, fill the form and submit to RRA.
To activate the company, the following information must be sent to RRA:
- Signed Application Letter
- RDB Full Registration Certificate
- VAT Certificate / VAT exemption letter
- ID of the Owner of the Company
- Signed Commitment form (the serial number of the cloud server is given by Inhills Technology)

Send an email to ebm2.installation@rra.gov.rw and ebm@injonge.rw requesting the activation of the VSDC type EBM.

The platform of INJONGE EBM is hosted in the National Data Centre (NDC)
The NDC operator (AOS) offers backup and data recovery services or clients’ applications and databases,
ensuring that they have access to their data or information in case of any catastrophe.

recovery.
